SAMFAL Membership

Membership of the Association is open to any member of the community who is over 18 years old. Younger people may join as part of a Family membership. There is a small annual subscription.

Associations (e.g Societies, Schools etc) or Corporate Bodies (e.g Local Firms etc) can also take out membership. There is a higher rate of subscription for commercial organisations.

More detailed information can be found in paragraphs 4 to 12 of the Articles of Association, which form part of the Governing Document of Association. This can be downloaded as a PDF file from the ownership page.

The trustees have the final say on admission to membership; this power has been adopted as a safeguard to prevent the Association being taken over by a special interest group, which may wish to use the fields for other purposes (e.g as building land).

Membership Subscription Rates are:

	Concessionary Community Member (OAPs, Full Time Students, Disabled, Unemployed)	£5
	Family Community Membership	£15
	Corporate Member (Non Commercial)	£15
	Corporate Member (Commercial)	£50
