six nations kick-off 2010Update 20th Feb 10: The six nations kick-off was a sell-out (again) and raised over £800! We would like to thank Keith Jarrett for his excellent talk and predictions, and all those who attended and worked hard to make the event run smoothly. This year's event firmly establishes the six nations kick-off as an annual event so watch the website for details!
Join us for a six nations kick-off on Friday 5th February 2010 in the Church Room
Speaker: Keith Jarrett (ex Wales International)
Keith played his first international for Wales on April 15, 1967, against England, still aged only eighteen. He scored a try that has been voted seventh in a poll of the top ten Welsh tries. In the same match, he kicked two penalty goals and five conversions (see the rest of his profile on Wikipedia). Keith will share his thoughts on the forthcoming six nations matches and make (dangerous?) predictions.
This evening will be a great way to kick off the six nations tournament among village friends and will include ‘six nations’ centric activities. It is sure to be a fun filled evening.
