30 mile training - Photo Gallery!

Four of us decided to go on a 30 mile training run on the afternoon of Sat 3rd April. It had seemed like a good idea in the pub the previous evening. What is remarkable is that Robert and Rob hadn't done any training and they are the ones looking the freshest at the end! The weather had been bad with heavy rain and high winds. Needless to say, when we go back to where there was a camera the sun was out!

The run took 2 hrs and 50 minutes and covered over 30 miles around Shirenewton --> Earlswood --> Killgwrg --> Devauden --> St Arvans --> Chepstow --> Caerwent --> Llanvaches --> Shirenewton.
